On Jan 13th I pended a trade with AkaOJC. I agreed to send paypal + Gears of
War (360) for his slim PS2. I sent the game on the 16th, it was delivered the 23rd.
At that time I had to wait on him to even acknowledge he received it, so I could
send the paypal to complete my send, which I did complete on 1/26. He didn't even
acknowledge that until 2/1. He then delayed and gave excuses to not send until 2/6
supposedly. He never provided tracking information and I don't have the PS2.
Now he ignores trade messages, emails to multiple addresses, and IMs on AIM.
I don't think I'm ever going to see the PS2,my money, or my Xbox360 game again.
This is the last address I had, I think he changed it on GTZ.

I'm filing this BTR on ebaydot because it's an easy way to contact all the people he has pending trades with.

ebaydot has been banned, permanently from GameTZ. In his time here, he's got some BTRs and has a long history of being rude to other traders. I warned him to cool it last month, but recent events have shown he has no intention to change. So, I'm pulling the plug on him to avoid future trouble.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes to his pendings. There simply is no good time to do this, so it seems best to just bite the bullet and deal with him now. I do plan to work with ebaydot to get his pending trades completed. He's got 14 at the moment! He can email GameTZ moderators, to give us updates on the trades to let us know when he sent/received. We can edit his pending trades to reflect this. From your point of view, you can use the trade report as normal. Though, keep in mind that ebaydot has not access to GameTZ. So, if you need to contact him, we suggest email or other means.

In cases where neither you nor him has sent, it may be best to simply cancel the trade. A lot of people have had trouble trading with him, so we recommend this. But, it is up to you and ebaydot. If you'd like us to cancel your pending trade with him, please email the moderators.

[ Update: 01/01/2009 - ebaydot made a new account (OooooTFC) and has made some trades along with carrying a lot of pending trades. I'm not sure what we're going to do about it, but I've merged the old ebaydot account into this OooooTFC as a start. Note, the past BTRs, and big old pending trades.... traders beware.. -bill ]

Long story short, I mailed two packages on one day and the labels got mixed up, so xain1z ended up getting a different item than he was supposed to. Eventually the other trader contacted me about receiving the wrong item, and xain1z lied saying the other trader was probably trying to 'fudge me over'. I was e-mailed pics of the package the other trader received and there was definitely a mix up. After contacting xain1z with the proof he disappeared from GameTZ. Ended up having to refund the other guy and the mods recommended I file a BTR.

That was the trade, I sent fist natrually, since im newer, with less trades (at the time), this was the confirmation number: 036 1070 0003 2349 3111 , And he confirmed he recieved the game, But not before he tried to DELETE our trade and abandon his account to open up a new account (Trojan_181) to get rid of his dirt on the Raider_181 account, This is what he said:


Trade Deleted.
i'm deleting this account but the trade is still on in another account trojans_181 i have received your shipment and i mailed my part on saturday so you should receive this week.............

he SAID he sent on saturday Jan. 10th , This is what he said:
i'll send my side on saturday no matter if i don't receive yet if t1hat sounds okay.
it's a pretty good games with things you wouldn't expect you'll love it.............

Since then his account has been closed due to abuse, and wont answer any of my emails.....

I want my game back, or Tales Of The Abyss, Which aint gonna happen.......

I guess im out a game.....

We agreed on Dec 13th to trade Donkey Kong 64 (Nintendo 64) (from me) for Castlevania (Nintendo 64) (from him).

I sent mine & he posted that it was received. I never received his game & have received no contact from him.
