On July 16th, I proposed a trade of my Zork Legacy Collection for Peter's Final Fantasy 7. He agreed; I said I would send the next day (a Monday). He replied that he would send on Monday also, or "if not, then the day after!" I duly sent my game but did not receive his. After several emails asking him when he had sent went unanswered, I sent a strongly worded demand for my game on July 24th. He responded by telling me to calm down, that he would send it "as soon as possible,.. when I get to the post office, " and that he had "never made any promised date." He ended by assuring me (how comforting): "I'm not going to cheat you." When I still had not received my game, I sent him another email asking if he were planning on sending it. Response: "yeah." Finally, on August 1st, I notified him that if I didn't receive FF7 by August 4th, that I would post this report and prosecute him for mail fraud. He said he would send it, but have still gotten zip from him. I will take this report down if and when I receive the game in complete and in good condition.
August 27th: Still no game.
September 13th: Ditto.
