I have a pending trade with this guy. I have emailed him and tried messaging him on here and no response. He has not picked up the last package I sent him, as he stated I forgot to mail him an NES controller(which I then mailed him). Other people seem to be having issues with this guy too... So much for 4 gold stars.

Resolution:

1. sends his end of the trade.
2. Sends dollar amount we discussed.
3. Sends back my stuff.

the trader has not replyed to any messages sence i sent the games i was trading him and he received them about a week ago, and of corse he hasnt sent them

ways too resolve:

send me my games back in the same condition i had them
send me the game you agreed to trade me in he condition that was desribed

Trader has broken multiple ship dates, for various unjustifiable reasons. Efforts to give trader more time and opportunity have not shown results.

Possible solutions:

1) Send my items back.
2) Send the items that are due to me as part of the trade.
3) Send the cash value of the trade ($125)

I have a trade with a buyer (I as the seller) have sent the item(s) already using fedex and it was delivered and signed for by the buyer and now the buyer is telling me that the buyers mom dose not even have the money until later next week but that is not acceptable. Buyer says he got drunk and forgot to ask mom for the money. NOT A EXCUSE I will accept. This was for a nintendo 3ds with 2 games and mario kart wii. Buyer's profile says their are no problems and that the buyers feedback score was higher then mine so I had to ship first. What legal action could be taken against buyer if I am not paid part of the deal. Also how is someone under 18 allowed to use this type of services hmmm...

or
2) Send all items back in the same condition as they were sent to you.
