Me and Pat have had a pending trade for about 2 months now. Everything started out fine then a few days after I sent WWF Wreslemania he emailed me and said that he had recieved the game. He said he would send soon. So he "sent it." I didn't recieve NHL 99 after a week and went on a rampage emailing Pat. He got mad and sent me a nasty email back. After that I apologized and we started talking again. About a 3 weeks after me not recieving the package I told pat to send a replacement. He said he would go to the post office the next day and see what happened. If he couldn't find out anything he said he would send a replacement. I never heard anything from him after that. It's been two weeks since he said he would send a replacement. Whatever you do, do not trade with this cheap-skate. Only trade with him if he sends first. But please don't trade with him at all so that us people who have been ripped off by him will get some revenge.

this guy took advantage of me, because when i traded i was new, i sent first, he told me what i sent didnt work, so i said send it back and il send you a replacement, he said he didnt have the money, so i posted a BTR, somehow he was able to take it off by asking bill, so i just dropped it till i got an email telling me he had taken advantage of someone else, this is the last straw jon, bill please dont let him get away with taking advantage of someone else, don't let him back on, I know the stuff i sent worked cause for a long time he listed it, till that BTR came up... This situation really irks me when he says somethign like this "Also I apologize for what Tyler Grove said. I have no idea what he is talking about. And I think it is rather evident he isn't a believeable source of information when he can't even spell" If i can't spell i must be lieing????

On Fri, 31 Mar 2000 Pat informed me that he received my end of the trade (Need for Speed: High Stakes) and that he would ship his end of the trade (Trickstyle) "tomorrow". It never arrived. He said he had shipped it so I suggested it must have gotten lost in the mail. Since he had not insured it or put proof of delivery, it was his fault. I asked him to send my game back, send me cash or buy Trickstyle and send it to me. He opted for the latter. I've contacted him several times since. The last "ill send it out tomorrow" that I heard was on Thur, 8 Jun 2000. As of today, Wed, 28 Jun 2000 it has not arrived, nor will Pat answer my email. Personally I don't think the package got lost in the mail. I don't think he ever sent it out. I also don't think he had/has any intention of sending a "replacement" and is just stringing me along. Avoid dealing with Pat Nicoloff. He is unreliable and dishonest.
