Ok its been quite long enough now. We agreed on this trade May 1st. Until 2 weeks ago he has kept in great contact with me. We decided to send at the same time. I was to get 4 complete super nintendo games and i was giving him $80. Since we already had a previous trade i had no problems sending same time and since everything went smooth the first time. It started that i was going to buy 2 games from him for $50 and buy the other 2 for $30 later. I sent the money and he recieved it and he told me that he had poorly printed my name and addy and they sent it back to him, he also said i could drop 5 dollars off of the price of $30 if i hadn't already sent. I had but i just told him to send the 5 dollar differnce with the games. He then said that he printed out my name and addy on then put in on the box this time and gave me a confirmation number, he also said he trusted me so he had sent all the games at once to save on shipping. I said that was fine and that he would get his money. since i had the confirmation # i figured i was safe to go ahead and send the rest of his money. I did. But then when i actually went and checked the confirmation # i found that my games went to Tulsa OK. and were delivered on the 14th of May. He said that he would take the number to the PO and find out about getting them back. He then lost the Delivery Confirmation Paper and told the lady there that the number was mine and that it should have went to PA not OK. He said he would get back to me once he found out how to get the games back to me. I figured that would take a while and he was keeping in touch and everything so that was fine. He also said that if he wasn't able to get the games he would give me a full refund. I told him that was fine and to make sure that he tried all he could to get me the games because i really wanted them. I then told him that He would have till the middle of July and if he didn't get the games back to send me my money back well now it is past the middle of july and he isn't returning my emails. I really need my money now as i have written in the email i sent him. Its really unfortunate that it had to come to this but if i don't hear from you soon joe i'm going to file mail fraud. I believed all that you told me but it seems as though you've told everyone something different and i heard nothing about most of the stories i've read. So get me my money and we can go along on our merry little way. But until i get it this stays up.

Ok, I made a trade with him before all of these BTRs came up. Needless to say I trusted him. I traded him my 2 psx games (PE2 and Time Crisis with Guncon) for Star Fox Adventures with strategy guide. I will contact the local authorities. The sad thing about this is that this is another case of a good trader gone bad.

Joe and I have 2 pending trades. In our first trade I agreed to send first and Joe agreed to send after he received my games. We created another pending trade while waiting for the first pending trade to close. I agreed to send this second part of the trade and Joe agreed to ship all of the stuff combined from both trades at once at the same time that I was sending the second set of items that we were trading since he had written an email saying that he had received the games from the first trade. These are the dates that everything I sent out my part of the deals, and the date that he said he would ship out his part:

- 1st trade: I sent my games April 25, 2003 (pended April 23, 2003), and he wrote me saying he received my games May 4.

- 2nd trade: I sent my games May 5, 2003 (pended April 29, 2003)

- He said he sent all games for both of these trades on May 5, 2003.

I have not received anything from him. He completed the first trade but claims not to have received second set of games, I find this hard to believe since it has been 2 months now and I have not received the games he agreed to send me.

I have been very patient and came through with my end of the deal. As soon as I receive the games that we agreed upon I will take this BTR down, but for all other traders reading this I would recommend that you Do Not trade with Joe (nikon, nes420, J. Bird). He has trades that are still pending from March, April, and May. I only want to finish this trade and get the games that I had agreed to trade for. I hope Joe gets in touch with me and I receive all of the games from our pending trades so I can take this BTR down.

me and him made a deal Before the BTR's appeared... so I trusted him ... We also pended the trade and somehow it disappeared on me I sent my stuff out now and im not so happy.... I better get what I traded for or get my stuff back or .. im getting the police involved in this IM Not JOKING JOE ... you best send me my stuff back or the Xbox Deal we made I mean it damnit Im not a person to piss off!!!!!!!
