Not sure how far the meme made it outside the Auburn circle, but it looks like the meme will finally come true. After our A-Day game some guy commented on Twitter "This is the year. Bo Nix has improved so much under this new offense. He’s focused. He’s having fun. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a dark horse for the Heisman." For whatever reason as the season went on and this clearly wasn't going to be the case this was posted all over Auburn social media after our loses.

Once again, glad to see Bo have success somewhere. He loved Auburn and I know it was tough for him to choose to leave, wish he could have found success with us but we just didn't have the pieces in place to support him.

Strongly agree. When I was watching yesterday they popped up a Heisman race graphic and I was just like "meh".

They need to branch out on this one. WR, DB, DE etc.

It really is just a QB/RB award at this point. There have been some deserving candidates at other positions over the years that didn't even get a sniff.

He’ll be RTG. And the Vols are honestly in the same position - he sits out “meaningless” bowl and they’re developing a new QB sooner. Hate it.

Michigan vs Ohio State has been decent. They should both get a crack at Georgia.

I wonder if ISU pulls off another shocker and screws the B12 again?

Ohio State shouldn’t get a spot.

Georgia, Michigan, TCU should get in if they all win next week. Who gets in at 4? No idea. Maybe USC if they beat Notre Dame and win the Pac-12. Otherwise not sure who.

Looks like a no...

I'd give the edge to OSU over USC as of now. The CFC will do what they do though...

Georgia, Michigan, and TCU could all lose next week and will all still get in. USC is 4th if they win out and if not its OSU. Really the easiest decision the committee has had to make so far

And there goes the Oregon season as well as the Bo Nix heisman discussion. I can't believe Oregon blew a 28 point lead. To the Beavers no less.

Michigan. Y’all got whipped by UGA when they had a worse offense. Bama at striking distance is a joke.

At striking distance they will stay. There is no logical scenario for them to get in.

The affair wasn't what people cared about so much. It was the team being sanctioned, which very much does fall on the coach. Not a good look.

Yes ole miss was afraid of the investigations. And there was some beef with Houston Nutt that got this out in the media. Freeze and Bruce Pearl at the same program is nuts.

As a graduate of Oregon and a fan, this one hurts bad. Not as bad as when we lost to Stanford the year that Alabama beat down Notre Dame for the natty (should've been Oregon beating down Notre Dame), or when Oregon lost to Auburn in the natty when Michael Dyer's wasn't (was) down.

It's not just that. He has sexual misconduct incidents dating all the way back to his high school days and up to his time at Liberty. He doesn't have the record to justify us taking on all his baggage, especially when sexual assault is such a hot button issue on college campus's. In a series of odd hirings by Auburn in the last 12 years, this is by far the worst. The only good thing he has done so far is kept Cadillac Williams on as Assistant Coach. The fact that we were going after Lane Kiffin and him shows that no one wants this dumpster fire, at least until Saban is out. But Freeze is a yes man who will make the boosters happy and as long as he gets a couple 9-3 season under his belt he will be kept around. Was really hoping the Oregon coach would come over.

Also how fudging stupid do you have to be to call escorts on the company phone. Buy a burner like an adult.

So OSU is at 4. Strange that one championship game was not a factor but the other was. Different scenarios of course but there are too many subjective parts to this.

Can't have Big 10 rematch just yet...

I'd swap TCU and OSU, but at least they didn't lose their mind and bring in a 2 loss team. Georgia should roll...

UGA OSU is the sexier game. Definitely not the 1 v 4 but definitely the best.

A lot of people seem upset that Alabama didn't make the playoffs, but they didn't deserve to. But I will agree that it's weird not seeing them.
