gameremporium's reason for canceling this trade:visc refuses to send first, gifted or paying fees, so besides paying a fee on the $5 we agreed on, I would get less than what I initally wanted which was $6 shipped for the 2 manuals....
I always have paypal sent first, b/c you don't get an item first w/o paying for it. You always pay first before you receive your intended item. Trading site or not....
I wanted to work this out with him but he refuses, unless I send first...I always do on most trades but paypal is different...

Visc's response:The pending trade he willingly agreed to had it stated directly: "Sending: gameremporium sends first".
I shouldn't have to "work out" anything in that regard given that he ACCEPTED TO SEND FIRST IN THE TRADE. Instead, he wastes my time and reneges on our trade bcause he can't be bothered to be held accountable for what he agreed to and thinks he has the right to hold a person's buyer protection ransom over pocket change.
