Has not said anything after the payment was send, have not heard anything or recieved anything and he has not marked the payment as recieved. No communication.

This item was shipped out and had been recieved by the buyer. I believe this BTR is in error, below are the details via paypal. Note there was even a temp hold on the $$ and this was reference possible fraud, and it was all cleared up.
