ACT's reason for canceling this trade:I am canceling this trade because of an issue that I am having with the buyer. We had a Gameshare for Diablo 3 and I was hosting it for their group. NLS was getting a Non-Sell and Sellable for a friend and his brother in law. I explained to the group that I would be out of town over night and would be by a computer the following afternoon which I was. I sent out the information and he was not happy about how long it was taking with both me to buy the game (less than 24 hours after he accepted and paid) and the other non-sellable and their internet speed... so this is the response I sent him...
on 9-Sep-2013 at 7:58pm ACT I messages him today and am awaiting the info for that he is done. I understand you appreciate the hosting but I'm not sure what is taking too long. We pended on Saturday morning, and I was at a wedding Saturday night, out of town and had no computer access. It was just over 12:10 on the 8th when you sent the money and I got everything to you at 12:59 pm yesterday. About 24 hours later, again because I was at a wedding. Seriously dude I understand your friend and family member wants it but giving someone a day or so to download isn't entirely too long. To me, that's inpatients. I don't know what he has going on in his life nor how's fast his Internet is. I'm sorry it has take 2 days
His response back was... on 9-Sep-2013 at 11:43pm NLS Well I know its not on you that the other non-sellable guy is taking so long. I'm just disappointed that I didn't host the share myself, when I'm fully capable of doing so. We thought we were going to get these games quicker (these aren't physical copies after all) so we had our weekend planned around playing this game as a unit.
That didn't happen so we waited and waited and today we figured that since the non-sellable info has been dished out that this can finally be completed. Every gameshare I've ever hosted or been a part of has been completed very quickly (done within a day/night, once all the $$ has been collected) and I know of a bunch of others that could have easily filled this other non-sellable spot, so really its the lagging guys fault. So I'm sorry if you feel I took it out on you, bro.
I sent the offers out for these on the 13th, and he waited until the 16th to accept when he was on every day from the 13th until the 16th and neglected to accept it. Then he finally messages me late on the 16th to say he is waiting on some funds to transfer and then he will pay. Why didn't he let me or the group know farther in advance?
It feels as though he is doing this out of spite of me, if he wasn't it seems like he would have been more proactive about the whole thing. If he is capable of hosting this whole thing then why didn't he step up and offer for group 8. What he is doing to the rest of the group is wrong and I won't let them suffer because he is upset with me over the last share and simply seems to be trying to "stick it to me". For that reason this is the last share that I will EVER host that he is a part of. He is ban from my service. |

Some things in life are more important than video games like a job, but you wouldn't know anything about that. I was going to send the money now which is why I logged on. But you backed out cause you're spineless. Bringing up something from another share is childish. Maybe you should doi real trades instead of padding your completed trades with gamehsares you aren't even a part of or help pay for. But Whatever man. Enjoy the canceled trade on your record. |
