2-Mar-2022(#1)Post your random thoughts, questions, ideas here... I'll start
1) Have you ever watched America's Funniest Videos and wonder why the winning video is almost NEVER funny AT ALL?? We were watching some older episodes on Disney Plus and the final 3 videos are always stupid and not funny, and the worst one ALWAYS wins.. WTF..
2) How have cereal bags NOT been made with zip lock technology??
3) They need to make a container that can keep to-go french fries from getting soggy...

Yeah something my dad told me ages ago always stuck with me (paraphrasing) - people aren’t nostalgic for the past, they’re nostalgic for their own youth

2-Dec(#125)Easy fix: simply don’t listen to the All American Rejects.

4-Dec(#136)Walking up the stairs a stabbing pain in my knee. Ligament tweaked. Hobbled up the remaining steps. Put on a knee brace to get around. Getting old sucks.

* 7-Dec(#139)I've never seen white licorice sticks. I've seen strawberry, chocolate, black, other colors, but never white, which I guess could be vanilla or coconut.

* 15-Dec(#145)I listed some stuff on ebay, pledging that I'd donate 25% of the profits to the Video Game History Foundation.
The items sold for just under a grand.
And I think that kicked me over the tax reporting threshold. XD

What was stolen?? Did you report it to who you ordered from? Do you have a ring cam?

* 19-Dec(#152)Just sat down to enjoy some Switch Lite time. Aaaaaand it's out of battery. 😅
This has happened too many times. Maybe I should put some sort of portable charger setup near my switch lite.
I guess it lasts on standby for less than I hoped.

I mean, technically speaking, it’s not wrong though. Doesn’t mean you, personally, are an incapable gun owner — so no need to jump on the defensive. But just about any statistics back that video up, as corny as it is.
Regardless, I think the point is that “thoughts and prayers” do nothing when faced with such tragedies and only some attempt at remedying the situation will change anything for the better.
Anyhow my refrigerator is making a wild noise that I need to get to the bottom of. Random thoughts, and all.

What I mean is the video says guns are the #1 killer of children. That's not true.

20-Dec(#159)Guns don't kill people, husbands returning home from work early do.

20-Dec(#161)Weird that they start at one. Are you not a child until you reach one year of age?
