I sent him my side of the deal well over three months ago (May 3rd). There was a little mix-up on my part with his and another person on another forum's package, but I was notified of the mistake and it was fixed. The guy that had his package sent it out to his address, which I provided to him when he was notified of the mistake. Khanh also said that he had sent out the thing that the guy was supposed to get, but he instead got (Final Fantasy XI). Right at the end of May (May 31st) Khanh checked that he had received his end of the trade and said: "got the stuff from canada today. Your nomad is on it's way to you."

Well, it's more than two months after that, and I still have no clue as to what is up here. I was able to contact him via email a little over a month ago, when he said something about being stranded at a buddy's house out-of-state because of "car trouble," but I'm not buying it, for he has never responded to me since (I've emailed him at least 10 times after that). The guy from Canada still hasn't gotten his copy of Final Fantasy XI which got mixed-up into Khanh's hands, so I assume he still has it.

I just want my Sega Nomad. I've gotten ripped in the past, and it always seems to happen on the larger trades (this is large to me, I don't feel like paying ~$60 for another one!)

He should have given me:
Kirby’s Dream Land 3 Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only).

I gave him:
Guardian Heroes Sega Saturn (Disc Only).
Panzer Dragoon Sega Saturn (Disc Only).
Soviet Strike Sega Saturn (Disc Only).
Virtual On: Cyber Troopers Sega Saturn (Disc Only).

We agreed that I would send first. Each of us was to send by United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail, and include U.S.P.S. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. On the same day of sending the items, we were to exchange U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation numbers via e-mail. That way, we could track each other's items.

I fulfilled my portion of the agreement, and e-mailed him my U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number the day I mailed my payment (U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number: 0302 2940 0000 0382 8661).

It has been well over two months, and he STILL has not e-mailed with his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number. I fear the worst, and untill I either receive his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number or my merchandise in full, this Bad Trader Report will remain.

(Expletive deleted), I want my stuff. Don't force me to take legal action, because, if need be, I WILL!!

DarkFact says: Cases have stickers and TAPE on them, Grandia's front manual cover is MISSING, Game disc has gunk on it. Both were listed as "Excellent". Also got guff after asking why FF8 was listed as available, yet he couldn't be bothered to update trade report.

moogatog responds: His game wasn't exactly as described either, it said Box/manual were available but there was no box when i got, but i let it slide and stickers and tape can be removed from Cases..it's easy, got to a store, they're like .50 a case...loser
