Looks like a vintage stock reseal job but there are a couple of listings on ebay, none sold.

To be honest, I'm not really sure it has too much value. The only saving grace is that the multiple DVD prints are all OOP, and are slowly creeping up in price. (Both Geneon and Sentai releases are available for just below MSRP on Amazon right now.) If I were to guess, if you're lucky, you might get around $20 or so?

I don't know much about this kind of thing. How can you tell if it's a reseal or not?

Honestly, with stuff like this, you're better off listing it for like fifteen bucks shipped on auction and hope some VHS weirdos fight over it.
