What do y’all do in this case? I have two separate trades on here that were scanned delivered at the same time/day but they’re not there. Contacted USPS and they just said “sorry, we investigated and can’t do anything else” pretty much. Packages were delivered into a cluster box where only one person has the key.

Usually, I give it a few days but it’s already been a week and still nothing. Do you guys have any other advice? Much appreciated.

Tell the people who were supposed to get the packages to go to their post office and ask that they look into them. In person. USPS online and phone support will do the absolute minimum, someone in person is more likely to try to help you.

Forgot to mention, USPS said they sent someone to check other mailboxes but packages weren’t found. Am I just screwed here?

You may consider asking usps to provide you their "internal tracking information." The public usps tracking only shows the city it was delivered to, not the specific address. Internal tracking shows the exact address. That might atleast tell you if it was delivered to the wrong address. They still won't refund you for it unless you bought insurance though.

If you haven't, file a complaint online. We had a card with cash "lost" in the mail. Filed a complaint and it was miraculously found that morning and delivered 5 hours later. USPS is a crap shoot, and sadly Fed Ex has gotten just as bad.

I had this issue with a PS5 when they launched. Basically was told it was scanned and said it was delivered and they can't do anything. I ended up going through my bank and getting my money back. I emailed them the invoice and also any interaction with USPS and Gamestop (from whom I purchased from).

That's sucks to hear. I had that happen a few years back; the tracking number said it was delivered, but there was no number stub/attempt of delivery notice, nor package. Like Foxhack said, I went to the post office and asked for the post master and told her what was going on; she went in the back and brought me my package. Hopefully it works out for you.

@sa330206 Would your suggestion work if it's a neighborhood cluster box?

@KCPenguins Is this the correct link you used? https://www.usa.gov/postal-service-complaints

@lordly_llama Yeah, I am going to stop by the PO for my neighborhood when I get a chance. This is the third time it's happened in like 3 years. What's funny is that all three packages contained video games.

Thanks for all the suggestions, guys.

Doubtful, but have you had a chance, yet? If not if not, keep us updated. *Thumbsup*

I just filed a claim and complaint yesterday. Haven’t heard back yet.
