Yes, this is still available. I do not know what constitutes a complete set, but there are 40 cards that fill each slot of the binder and there are no duplicates.

Looking at prices on eBay (even if the sellers are possibly upcharging), a set of these is probably outside my budget. They’re awesome, though!
