So, you're on the SignOn page:

Then, I assume the person you're helping types in their email where it says, "Email address:"
Then clicks the "Send Email to Reset My Password" button.
Then it says, "There is no account with <<email>> as an email address. Please try again, or contact the Game Trading Zone Admin".
Is that what's happening?
This means the email they gave is not the email connected with their GameTZ account.
As the page suggests, having them contact "Game Trading Zone Admin" is probably the best thing to try at that point. We can talk to them and see if they recall the email they had used on their account. Or, maybe the account was deleted? (though, from your pm, it sounds like it's still there).
If they no longer have access to the email they used on their GameTZ account, then we can update it to be their current email after some verification.
