I just changed the offer creation confirmation page to try to address this.
The button that goes to the Offer Settings page is now a [link] -- the idea here is to de-emphasize it such that it won't be clicked by accident.
Also, I improved the wording. It looks like this now (on mobile an other layouts):
"If your address isn't correct, please fix it on the [
Offer Settings Page], then use your browser's [back] feature to return here."
