Yeah that's at least partially where my mind is at. I've been wanting one of these for ages, a cool color and the promise of quick shipping might be enough to push me over the edge. I'll be in a meeting when it goes live but I bet I can sneak a purchase in.

Not getting. Looks like it would be distracting at night if there's always that green glow.

It's definitely something that feels more like a collectible than something you would want to use. Glow in the dark stuff annoys me too. Maybe we are all old and cranky.

I have so many things in my bedroom with led lights already - consoles, handhelds, alarm clock, phone charger... even have some glow in the dark Kaiju Big Battel kaikeshi figures. They don't bother me at all.

I had not considered the glow in the dark effect being distracting. However, unless I'm playing this in the dark, I don't think the glow will be super noticeable.

I was asked to share my screen during my meeting right at 11 AM, so I did not get one of these :(

I got in line and got to the checkout screen but then I had to share my screen. Two minutes later the device had sold out.

Didn't need it anyways but still a bit sad.
