Topic Anyone Play Ogame?

Been playing since November, I played back in 2006/07 and stopped. It's a browser based game you build up your planet, research colonize new ones...the newer servers have lifeform research. There is an in game currency but you can actually get a lot of it doing expeditions. If you decide to buy it, I find that you get a lot for the amount of money it is.. the most I spent was $7. I do it every so often to toss a little support. The game is a slow burn, and you need to fleet save at higher levels or you will be attacked. I play on 3 servers but I mainly focus on the server Cetus. I find that with my schedule latley finding time to play any games has been tough, So this game works well I can play a bit in the morning and at night and I suppose with the mobile app during a bathroom break or lunch lol.

I used to, lol. Got too annoying to build up planets when people would just target you for no reason (no res, no ships in orbit, etc.).

Not sure if its the server I am on but, I have not had an issue with that. I have been targeted for sure and lost my fleet a few times but that was before I had moons on all my planets. Now I am fine, nobody can see movement between moons so it works well, I really like the lifeform updates...The game has grabbed me more this time around then it did before, but I am also playing with a pretty good group and that helps...

I definietley had that issue back in the day, but I did not really understand it then so that may have played a part. I built up fast and did not care about moons, but they play such a big part.

I am in a pretty big alliance with the #3 guy on the server... so if something goes down like that I will let him know, he loves to fight

I have had one run stopped because of it, well a moon destruction and he apologized. I am just building through Expeditions now, but once I get my research and planets up I will build aggressively. I want my Armor/Shields/Weapons to be at least 20.... I am 19/18/19 (1 day away from 20 right now) Lifeform research is getting spendy though.
