On 10/01/00 I sent Vinod $11.00 via Paypal of which he confirmed the receipt thereof. On the same day, I also emailed him with an attachment containing a program called Mo'Slo, and of which he also confirmed the receipt thereof. The Mo'Slo program has a value of $20.00. It is now 10/31/00 and I still have not received the items of which I purchased from him, nor is he responding to my attempts to contact him via email. The games that I purchased were as follows: Total Annihilation; Enemy Infestation; Dominant Species; & Soldiers At War. All games were listed as being in excellent condition. All games contained manuals with the exception of Total Annihilation. None of the games contained the original box. I have attempted to contact Vinod once again, informing him that I will be posting a bad trader report and contacting Paypal regarding the money he was sent. I will be more than happy to remove this bad report upon the receipt of the games I purchased, or $31.00 for the items of which he was sent. Please support me by not purchasing anything from this person until he makes good on his end of the deal. Note that he also has a website of which he attempts to sell the games from, and appears to have abandoned this site altogether, other than utilizing it as a link to his website. Probably because of the rating system that this site utilizes.
11/01/00--Vinod emailed me back the day after posting this report saying he was in Dallas, but still I have not yet received either the games nor reimbursement for what he was given. Also, I have the emails that were sent between us regarding this trade in support that this person is up to no good. Vinod stated that he did mail out the games, but it seems awful funny that only after this report did he choose to reply back.
11/03/00--Vinod backed out of the deal stating that he didn't have the time to be peddling very old games anymore (meaning that he never sent them). He did return the $11.00 via Paypal, but gave no compensation for the Mo'Slo program, and of which he is now denying that he ever received from me or requested for that matter. Its people like this that ruin a good thing like trust/game trading. Seeing as how this person no longer has the time to sell his games, I believe that his listing should be terminated. Don't support this guy, as he doesn't have the time for responsibility, but will gladly take your money.
11/15/00--Vinod has been sending me emails containing both vulgar and threatening comments. He has been sending these via alternate email accounts such as hotmail, etc.. He is apparently not happy with his bad trader report.
4/19/01--For the past three months now, I have been receiving large numbers of email advertisements regarding/containing pornography. My only assumption to the source of this (spam) is that someone is submitting my email address to these sites. I know of no other person that would have any reason/motive to spend their time doing such a thing. Vinod is the only person to date that I have had such a problem with.
