I was contacted months ago by David looking for a PSP. It never worked out and we kept in touch through AOLIM/iChat and e-mails. We then pended a trade of some WonderSwan stuff for his portable Sony CD-i. He listed it as a Magnaox but said it was a Sony. I was suspicious. He asked for 30 USD to help ship it. I gave it to him through Paypal. He said he shipped and nothing arrived. I asked repeatedly and he said he reshipped and didn't know why it was returned. Nothing arrived. He said it was returned and would ship with UPS (third try?). After he said he shipped I asked for the tracking number and he asked me to hold on while he got it. He said he was having trouble finding it. I waited for 3 hours before he suddenly jumped offline. After 7 months of waiting I'd had enough and sent him an "I've had it" e-mail saying that I expected the 30 USD back from him and that should the items arrive this time I would return the 30 and pay him cash for the items through Paypal. He said he would send the money back right away. His e-mail address is no longer valid. This is the first in a series of steps I'll be taking against him that will all end if he gives me back my 30 USD. I recommend avoiding him as he doesn't follow through, is slow and also seems to be quite dishonest.

I send via USPS
Priority Mail and it was confirmed that he recieved his side of the trade. Regardless he said he sent 2nd Day shipping via USPS. I have given maybe there had been a delay but it's been a week now and I haven't recieved. I'm still waiting on his side of the trade. It's been up to my knowledge that he also has 6 pending trades and one dating back in January.

I am the only one on his list that actually sent. I will be emailing a Mod and or calling ASAP. I'll also call the police if nothing above workz.
