member initiated and negotiated a trade with me: i receive: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (PlayStation 3) and lunibruni receives:
1) Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PlayStation 3) [Condition: excellent; Box: yes; Manual: yes]
2) $9 Paypal, or cash.

we were to trade at same time, lunibruni's request. after i sent mine and submitted a DC #, a few hours later he posted he had done the same. at the end of the day, my DC i submitted for him showed up proving the package was on it's way. his DC number was still invalid. after 11 days, his DC number is still invalid. the day after i sent my game, Bill from Gametz.com wrote to me because he had received an email from lunibruni's "mom" saying the following: "I am his Mother and he cannot use this website anymore. I DONT CARE WHAT HE SAYS, HE IS 9 YEARS OLD! AND HE's USING A FAKE ADDRESS> DELETE HIM IMMEDIATELY." lunibruni has continued to sign into his account, every day.

this is how the scam works. with that message saying to delete the trade, it's over. except that my game to him was on it's way. he never sent his game and he supplied a false DC number. it's not his mother, and it's clearly a scam. good thing i have relatives in southern Florida. i will be paying him a little "visit" sometime in the near future to "collect". thank you.

response to Lunibruni's respone:

funny, i don't know anyone named "Mike" and no phone call was made or directed on my end at all whatsoever. so, this is a classic example of a criminal who has gotten his scams mixed up. no telling how many people you have ripped off. also, if the item is still at the post office as you suggest, why would you state that you have "received" the item on our trade page?
Response from Accused "Bad Trader": (5-Sep-2010)
First of all, you recalled the item. secondly, it's more illegal to make a threatening call. As i recall your friend mike, wanted to "kick my face in" if i didn't give him the game. its still in postal service

Mike is a very generic name, maybe it was a lame attempt to hide their own name. Ive got caller id and I've already contacted the police about it. Anyways if i DO get the game and $9 ill return it. Or you could have your relatives collect it.
