have 9 completed trades with him and he has been slow in the past but nothing like this his rentals were due back between september 9th and 12th I posted reminding him , on 1-Oct-2009 at 6:53pm & on 19-Sep-2009 at 1:48pm....and never got a response until I messaged him on xboxlive

his last login was on the 15th in which he didnt respond to me so what am I to think...?

he has had my games for over a month past the dead line and I think I have been more then cooperative in this matter....

we have 9 trades behind us I just want my games back man so we can make it an even 10

He received my money on august 7th,he said he sent his DVD's aroung august 8-10th,he also said he would provide tracking,which he did not,he always refused to click on the button to state that he really send the items,on september 24th,he said he would give me a refund...,i had no answer from him and on october 13th,he realized that he couldn't give me a refund because he did'nt had paypal,i offered him that he could send me condemned 2 on xbox 360,he accepted and said he would send it to me with tracking..which he never did,he now said he would give me a refund,but i have no answer from him...Also,I talked to other person on this site,and it looks that I'm not the first person to fill a BTR on this guy.
