I sent out my WWF Smackdown 3: Just Bring It to this guy on the 28th of December 2001. He's supposed to send me Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty as soon as he got it. I tried emailing him numerous times on both of his email accounts and still no response. Not only does this guy have the nerve not to respond to my emails, but he also put up my game (Smackdown 3) on his Available list. This guy has scammmed two others besides myself (look at his pending trades). I'm more than willing to delete this report if he comes clean and sends me Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.

I've finally got in touch with him in the middle of January 2002. He agreed to send me back my game. That did not happen. It was now the end of January 2002 when I emailed him asking him where the heck my game was. He replied saying that he send it to a wrong address and it came back to his house. I believed him and gave him my address once more. Since then I haven't heard anything from him. I know that he is a no good lying thief because he also told the other guy whom he scammed (uberlad) that it went to the wrong address and came back to his house. I've also noticed that he's changed is username from John Baldoz (2pnoy0playa6) to Ajorie Abenojar (toxicX) and changed his location from Seattle, WA to Vietnam. He's also logged on to this site recently. Please do not trade with this loser as he has no intention of sending you anything.

I sent NFL2k2 awhile ago (about 3 weeks as of this writing), and he was supposed to send GTA3 as soon as he received. He has yet to do so. I've emailed him NUMEROUS times asking him whats going on with his half of the deal and he has yet to respond. I know he's been coming on gametz almost daily. He also has my NFL2k2 now because he put it on his available to trade list... along with my GTA3. I've continued to hope that this was just an honest mistake and still e-mail him hoping that this is the case. But I have yet to get an e-mail back.

I've also talked with the other 2 traders he has pending trades with and they're in the exact same situation with me. One of them sent him Smackdown 3 (which you can currently see on his available list) for mgs2 (which you can also see on his available list). Again, I'm still hopeful that this is an honest mistake and will gladly take this down when I receive my game.
