On Oct 9, I sent 3 PS3 games (Call of Duty 3, Stranglehold , & Marvel: Ultimate Alliance) to Donald w/ delivery confirmation showing delivery on Oct 13.

On Oct 15, Donald indicated he had sent. After several communications w/ him, he has yet to send his end of the trade (Bourne Conspiracy (PS3) + $15).

Dec 18, 2009: Sent Donald a message several weeks ago. Still waiting to hear from him.

Just need him to send the Bourne Conspiracy (PS3) + $15
OR return my games.

The trade was for two PS3 games: G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and Battlefield: Bad Company from me and GamingGod was to send me $68 in a money order. I was to send him the games out first because he had a silver rating. So I sent the games and the dc number confirmed that he received the games but he never sent me the money or sent my the games back . I tryed to e-mail him and im him and received no answer back , HE NEEDS TO SEND ME MY MONEY OR MY GAMES BACK ASAP TO FIX THIS .

I sent GamingGod four PS3 games via USPS. According to delivery confirmation, the games were delivered over three weeks ago. He has also since initiated a trade using one of the games I traded him. He has not acknowledged receiving the games, and hasn't responded to my message. As soon as I receive my payment I'll drop this BTR.

On September 7, 2009, we agreed on a trade in which I would send him Red Faction: Guerrilla and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for his copy of Batman: Arkham Asylum (all for the Xbox 360).

I sent and about 4 days later he recieved it and all went smoothly. He then claimed he sent his, only to have it sent back to him.

He then told me he had traded both of my games and that it would take him a week or two to send me a new copy of Arkham Asylum.

About two weeks later, he still hasn't bought a copy and claims to have had his identity stolen by his father. I agreed to wait for him to sort it out and then he would send me a new copy of Batman.

After about a month, he claims to have sent it. I still have not recieved it and I have been asking him what is going on.

It's been 10 days now and I havent heard from him at all despite him having signed on everyday since then.

I will not remove this until i get my copy of Batman: Arkham Asylum. This trade has been pending for the past 2.5 months and I still haven't gotten my end of the trade.
