Trade began in mid-February. I sent him payment for two games. He received payment within about a week. About 12 days went by (March 2) before I asked if the games were sent and he said he would be sending one game first , then the other game later. Jump about 10 more days (March 12) and he said he was JUST NOW sending the first game that he would be sending the second game the following week. He told me on the 16th that I should've gotten the game wednesday or thursday of that week based off of him contacting the mail company that he sent the game with (which he never told me who that was). Over 10 more days later (March 25) I asked him what mail company he had sent the games with , and I haven't heard from him since. Oddly enough , the $25 check I sent him has never been cashed.
I had contacted the moderators already , who have tried to get in contact with him as well. He logged into his account March 28 (about a day after I contacted the mods for assistance) but he didn't send me any responses. He hasn't logged back in since then.
As far a a resolution is concerned , I would either like to receive the games I rightfully paid for , or my money returned to me , either in the form of the original check I sent (since it hasn't been cashed) or by some other means.
Update 4/30/09 : Package was received , but envelope was opened and contained nothing inside. Was stamped by the post office as:
Received Unsealed
Received without Contents
Update 5/4/09 : ScottyBoy8841 says that since he still hasn't cashed the check that I sent him , he is going to destroy it , in an effort to make things square. The part about him not cashing the check is a lie , since my online banking account shows that the check was cashed by somebody back in the beginning of april.

you are 100% right, I am so sorry. I havent had the oppurtunity to send the games out after it was back to me. And yes I havent cashed the check (should give you a little hint on how busy I am) Im not trying to scam you, SAT's were this month so I was incredibly busy.
As for the Mods, they have not contacted me what so ever about this matter. I will be sending the games out right away, once again I am terribly sorry.
