My guess would be The Forest Quartet. It's been free before and it's currently on sale.

I collected Melvor Idle, but there's absolutely zero chance I'll ever 'play' it... doesn't seem even remotely fun.

I'm not super interested in playing this, but apparently if you redeem the epic version and make a Melvor account you can then use that account to unlock the full version on mobile. So it might be a roundabout way into what looks to be a well received mobile game.
