TannerCKG responds: A small box WEIGHS the same or less as a bubble mailer, size doesn't matter, and $30 not $40. Only one discourteous person in this trade. I advise you take "Please mark everything sent "Gift" with the value less than $40." and replace with "lie to USPS"
