I recently got an old john wick steelbook from Walmart, and it came with the HD UV Code lol, no idea if it even works, the paper says "expires 2016", so I apologize if it doesn't work. I already have this on HD, so I don't need it. Includes itunes redeem too, if it isn't expired. Good luck
