Or so I'm told.... I became 40 years old yesterday. I'm kind of surprised too because my dad was almost 40 when he passed away from a heart attack and the family has history of health problems not including my own.
Doctor had confirmed just from listening to it a few months ago that it was fine, plus my own health issues have been improving as well with the changes I've been making, like no more smoking, no more drinking alcohol (couldn't be helped anyways even if I rarely had any), and eating less portions and losing weight.
So... just another day for me has come and gone. Here's to another 40 more!!
