Cash same as credit is great but that trade-in doesn't seem that good? XSX and PS5 seem to be going closer to $400.

Yeah I would agree, I would take a little loss if it meant not having to deal with shipping or seller fees. Though since I have not really shipped a console in years! I tend to do it local and sometimes I would rather not deal with people locally.
