Is the stuff currently non-functional or does it just need new batteries? I can ask a place here that does repair work but details will help to know if they can do it.

Thanks not working. one of the chips needs to be soldered and possibly ground down to expose the pins. .

i actually have a set here to do it joe. just not really good enough on it myself to really offer it at this time though.

Im not to worried if the cart gets damaged feel like practicing? Lol
