Resident Evil archives price check

Hi just need help gauging the price of resident evil archives volume 1 and 2. As theres not a lot of examples of ebay sold that i can see, so its a small sample size. They are both VG. Anyone got an idea?

Vol 1 is more rare, its a ballpark $80-100, Vol 2 is like $30-40.
