------------------------------------------ By reading my whole page and making your offer suit my needs as described in my bio, will show me that you really are serious about your offer and that you really want me to buy what you have. Please take that into consideration. In respects to the Trading Community here on GameTZ I'm now following these additional rules to trading. If I personally think your BTR can and should be solved, I'll ask you to fix your BTR before buying or trading with you. If you have "more than" 10 trades pending, I'll be checking to see if at least half of your trades have received from you. If half of the pending traders have not received from you then I'll wait to send payment or fully decline the offer. This rule is in effect due to gold star traders leaving the site and never finishing their side of the trades that they have pending. (Some exceptions do apply but only at my own discretion. More than likely I won't trade with you if you have to many pending trades and the other traders have not received from you yet, even if you have multiple gold stars.) Sorry not currently buying any longer. I'm paying off bills so I can start saving for a down payment on a house. (June 16, 2009) I respond to all offers!

If I have more trades than you, I'll ask you to send first before I pay. (Some exceptions depending on credibility) If you have a BTR or any recent BTRs I'll ask you to send first before I send payment. If you accept Paypal I'll usually pay first, unless you have a BTR of course. If you're new, I'll pay you up front for the shipping charges so you can ship to me first. Other than that I'm going to have to ask you to send first. I prefer to pay with a credit card through Paypal. I even offer to pay the Paypal fees. If you want the cash now, I recommend getting a Paypal debit card. Its FREE for Premier and Business accounts. If your Paypal account is a Personal one and you can't accept Credit Card payments please let me know in the offer before accepting. I'm willing to pay with a Money Order but here are my conditions on Money Orders. (Some exceptions may apply) $1 to $99 Money Orders - You have to have at least a Bronze Star  and excellent feedback.
$100 to $200 Money Orders - You have to have at least a Silver Star  and excellent feedback.
$201 to $350 Money Orders - You have to have at least a Gold Star and excellent feed back.
$351 to $500 Money Orders - You have to have at least a Double Gold Star  and excellent feed back.
I will only agree to pay with a Money Order at my own discretion I will Not send cash. No exceptions.  I prefer games to be shipped through USPS! 
If you get a discount through a different service please let me know before hand during the offer process so I can put down my home address instead of my P.O. Box. I expect items that I buy or trade for to be packaged well enough so the item(s) do not get damaged during shipping. I have no problem filing a BTR for receiving damaged items due to poor packaging. I try and package my items very well so please do the same. Please offer shipping insurance when shipping anything to me over $50. I'm willing to pay for insurance on my own account. Please be willing to offer it to me. I work during the day and usually answer emails or messages in the evening. So if you have an offer please be patient and wait. I usually check my email everyday.
