TRADING TERMS I trade for games for my family (my self, husband, and 12 year old son. My 1 1/2 year old doesn't play games yet lol). I'm mainly looking to trade for XBOX 360 and Wii games right now, but will pick up the occassional DS game also. I prefer to trade for complete games only. I'm pretty easy to trade with, so send me an offer! *Please don't initiate a trade with me if you suck at communicating. If I have to go in circles trying to get you to answer questions or update your end after seeing you log on several times, it's going to make for a tedious trading experience. It's just plain rude and I will dock your courtesy rating. All I ask is that you please keep me informed and I will do the same for you. SENDING TERMS If you are buying from me, you send first - negotiable if you have a  or higher
If I'm buying, I have no problem sending first to traders with atleast a 
BTR = You send first (unless I determine that it is bogus)  or no star = You send first
or = We send same time
 or better= I have no problem sending first if you wish
I prefer to do trades/sales only within the US and Canada. All US trades will be sent First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation unless they are too heavy to go First Class. In that case, they will most likely be shipped Media Mail to keep it as cheap as possible. If you have a really big issue with Media Mail, let me know and we'll see what we can work out. The Post Office rarely loses a package, so I will not usually ship with Insurance. Everything WILL get Delivery Confirmation, though. I encourage you to do the same, though I don't require it. However, please keep in mind that if for whatever reason your package doesn't show up and there is no way to track it, it will be your resposibility to replace the trade or return mine. I've never had this happen, but it doesn't mean it can't. Trades to Canada will be sent the cheapest way (usually First Class International). I prefer to keep trades to Canada small, purely for the reason that there is no inexpensive tracking option. I would expect other traders' games/items to be shipped in a similar way. GAME CONDITION I try to describe my games/other items as accurately as possible. I will note any reason that a game/item is rated less than Very Good or if a game is Plat. Hits/Player's Choice, etc. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please feel free to ask. I would appreciate the same consideration in return. I will not trade for game discs that are scratched (minimal light scratches are OK) or skip when they play. I also will not to trade for/buy Previously Rented games. COUNTERING/DECLINING OFFERS If I send you an offer that you don't like for whatever reason, please feel free to counter-offer, or send me a message to work something out. Most times I will even note that I'd welcome you to counter if you prefer a different trade combination. Please don't expect me to be a mind reader! I don't know that you value certain games over others unless you say so, or unless you have values listed in your profile or tagged on your games. Not everyone trades strictly on $ value. If you are going to decline an offer instead of countering, PLEASE atleast have the decency to decline with a message. I consider it rude to not take the thirty seconds to explain why you declined. If I am going to decline I will always include a message why and I expect the same courtesy in return. If you decline without a message, it is doubtful that I would ever be interested in trading with you in the future. Thanks! Cheryl | ||
