The only other country I trade with besides the US is Canada (to save on shipping charges) unless you have an item thats rare/not found here, then I may stretch this rule. 4. If you have a Bad Trader Report (BTR) you must send first. ...or we both trust eachother and trade at the same time for faster enjoyment on both parties.
