I send first if you have more trades than me.
You send first if you have less trades than me.
We send at the same time if we have equal trades.
I don't like to trade with people who have Bad trader reports. If you do have one and want to trade your gonna have to send first no matter how many trades you have. Also I don't care if the BTR on you was a little one if you have one even a stupid one you send first.
