The deal was I gave him my Smart Bros SNES/Genesis develpment unit and he give me $325 via PayPal. He gave me the money and I sent him the unit. Before I sent him the unit, I told him everything that was wrong with the unit but he still wanted it. I went through a period of testing the unit before I sent it which took longer than I thought and I gave him the option of giving him his money back but he still wanted the unit. So I sent the unit via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. After he got the unit, he claimed it didnt work at all which was a lie.
About a month or so after the unit was shipped to him, PayPal sent me an email stating that Nicholas Zeltzer paid for my unit but never got it which was a lie, and they put a negative $325.00 balance on my PayPal account, causing me to have problems with my bank account and I couldnt pay for some auctions and items via PayPal. PayPal told me (after I called and emailed them many times) that I would have to fax in all emails and tracking info in order to resolve the matter. Luckily, I saved all emails and chat sessions I had with Nicholas Zeltzer as well as the USPS Postal Reciept and Delivery Confirmation Receipt so I faxed all emails and tracking info regarding this case to PayPal.
This guy was obviously trying to get something for nothing but did a poor job at attempting to rip me and PayPal off.
