I am into achievement points...so if we make a trade, and you accept but need time to finish the achievemnet points or need time to finish the game, it's not a problem for me. My back log is enormous right now, so I'm in no rush. Just let me know so I don't ship mine, or I don't get nervous. Thanks.
I have had lots of fun trading here thanks to everyone. Now that I have some experience and confidence, I will be more strict on ratings. What I mean is...if your item was described as excellent, but when I recieve it, it is a scratched up, chipped up nightmare...I will note this in my honesty review and in the comments section. I am a straight up, fair person looking to trade with the same. The condition of my stuff is important to me, so please describe your items properly.
Low balling: I don't ignore low ballers, but usually decline without a message, or reply with an absurd trade in my favor. If you think I have sent you a low ball offer, I apologize. I use Goozex often so it may be that the points on goozex are equal. Also, I put a premium on pristine condition, complete and new items.
Goozex: I use it. I love it. Check there if you think I have low balled you. I use these values on items when I am near the top of the Queue or are readily available.
The linked price guide: I don't really trust the price guide as it factors in amazon marketplace items that are not from reputable merchants. It also has ebay items which are constantly in flux. If I sent you an offer and it looks like a lowball, it is often because I am disregarding the first several items on amazon marketplace.
Amazon marketplace and ebay: I have a storefront on both. I use both everyday. I believe you have to be very carefull using these resourses as price guides, as the reputation of the seller and the description of the items are not factored into the price. Example: The lowest price amazon marketplace or ebay game is often a disc only, resurfaced or in need of resurfacing...you get my point I'm sure.
CAG: I use it. I love it.
Counter offer: PLEASE COUNTER MY OFFERS! I will try most times to counter offer, unless I think theres no chance for a trade because we are too far apart on value, or I don't like the match up'
Movies for video games: I love trading Movies for video games, as I am less into movies these days than I was in the past. I have close to 1000 DVD and am lazy at catalogging...if you have a want...theres a chance I got it even if its not listed...horror sci-fi and fantasy anyway. Please expect me to value a movie in terms of $. What I mean by that is...yes I know a game will likely get more hours of use...that doesnt mean it has more actual value. A game that trades for 3 bucks will be met with an offer for a movie worth the same.
Emotional value: Obviously there are items people are attached to and will overvalue. I understand that.
