I'll Try to keep it brief:

On 27-May-2006 at 6:50pm, NURHONOR and I pended a trade for my Xbox 360 + Call of Duty 2, we then later pended another trade for Battlefield 2 for the 360 - which all were to be shipped togther, on Tuesday,30-May-2006 - via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I sent immediately as I promised, and he "stated" he shipped, however gave me the run around about his roomate having his car inwhich the delivery confirmation number was in the glovebox, but that he would send it to me the next day.

The next day he sign's on and has time to state his grandmother's in the hospital and that he won't be on much - but still fails to provide me with the delivery confirmation. That night I had heard from a few other's he had scammed over, and looked at my options of canceling the package.

Thursday come's around, in which my package was delivered to him. (I did not cancel it due to it being already accepted in Memphis and honoring my part of the trade.) He recieves my package but I did not recieve his. So I called the USPS office, and spoke with a customer representive and she informed me that if it was shipped on Tuesday I should have recieved it today, the exact same day he recieved my package. I also looked this up via www.usps.com and it to proved I should have recieved it which - I did not. He now has lost all contact w/ me. He won't awnser phone calls, refusing to respond to my emails, and even turned his cellphone off to avoid speaking with me. So now, I'm out an xbox 360 + extras that I have reciepts of from EBGames with retail value reaching nearly 800.00

Warning: Stay away from this guy. He's obviously very expirenced and mantipulative. He did everything that would make you feel safe with the trade. I spoke with him for nearly a week before the packages were sent out, approx. 3-4 hours a day. Obviously - great communication. He supplied me with enough information that made me feel secure in the transaction that I would not be ripped off.

He will try to be your friend - the "I'm not that type of guy, if I ripped someone off it would rip me apart" was used w/ more then just me. He has scammed over 2 other individuals I know of, one for a DS system. He has supplied Gametz user's w/ fake D/C, and is supposivly leaving town on Saturday.

If anyone else has been scammed over by this guy, let me know. I am currently: Contacting the police in memphis, and here in springfield. (Filiing police reports in both and looking for further legal action.) Filing mail fraud, as well as getting in contact with our family lawyer.

Micheal, if you read this - I advise you to send my belongings back to me immediately, whether I have to spend more money, and invest more time and money in a lawyer - I will spend every bit of it. You will not get away with this, you will pay. Regardless if it costs me more money or not.

CHECK HIS AVAILABLE GAMES: HE HAS MY 360 + THE GAMES "PENDING IN".

You have my word: You will not get away w/ this.**
