thanx alot EARL...well, earl boy over here wanted my Gauntlet Dark Legacy and Knockout Kings 2001 both for PS2...he also wanted my Dual Shock Controller...We agreed to trade those 3 items for Gran Turismo 3 and Onimusha Warlords both for PS2. I SHOULD HAVE F`N KNOWN THAT THE TRADE WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! ... so Earl Boy Told me he would send the FOLLOWING DAY after I sent my package and contacted him with the Confirmation number cause he had 60+ Trades and I only have 25+ so I gotta wait an extra day he wouldnt send the same time.....I mailed my Package the next day after we PENDED the trade which was 24-Sep-2001 and delivered the confirmation number as planned. So he delayed a week (doctor's appointment)...then 2 weeks....then never answered any of my emails (IGNIZORED) from 2 weeks after i sent until right this minute you are reading this BTR and most likely the rest of life. Thanx for Ripping ME OFF and ALL THESE OTHER TRADERS!!!! YOU _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __!!!!!!!

Me and earl agreed to trade my 6 psx games for his 13.6gb western digital harddrive. I sent first because he said he didnt have enough cash. I didnt think much of it since we already traded twice. MY games were sent over 1 1/2 months ago. I think he recieved them. HE said he also sent and it would be a week or 2 delay on the stuff since what happened. I waited........waited.......waited.......... AND IM STILL FRICKEN WAITING!!!! WTF EARL WHY RIP ME OFF NOW??? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SUCH AN ASS ABOUT THIS!!!!! I WANT MY HARDDRIVE OR THE MOTHERBOARD U SO CALLED "PROMISED" ME!!!!! EITHER SEND IT OR HAVE THIS BTR FOREVER!!!!!

I filed mailfraud on him, he decides he's gonna send me cash to resolve this. I'll wait til i get the cash then this will come down.

Game where Broken and scrashed. Returned to send, Didnt send my part of trade. Trader Pissed and files BTR.
Sent $10 payment but he never responded to me again. This was to cover hes end of Shipping. |
