Travis still owes me a game, it took him over a month to send my stuff and then he sent items that weren't even close to the proper condition. We finally came to a resolution he would send a replacement item, its been almost another month and still nothing.

Get the replacement to me so we can get this trade done with and this can come down.

I sent my package(Sonic Adventure) to Travis about a month and half ago...he emailed me saying he recieved it and that he would send it the next Wedensday. About a week had passed from that Wedensday and I emailed him just to remind him of my package...he said he sent it already, so I waited another week and emailed him again...this time he didn't respond, so I waited another week and sent another email, he didn't respond this time so I waited until a few days ago (sep.13) and no response still. He won't respond when I try to talk to him on MSN Messenger. This report will not be lifted until I recieve my end of the deal. If it has to come to it I will file a police report.

We made a deal to trade my laptop for his ps2 system and couple of games. i sent first and he confirmed he got it - that was 3 MONTHS AGO. i kept emailing him to give my stuff back or make the trade. he's been making poor excuses and LIES, i feel i gave him sufficient time and gave him a final notice, now he's just egnoring me and not even returning my emails.
next thing on my list is mailing his parents for the price of my laptop.
