We agreed to trade, I sent my game to him, emialed him that same day with information, the same day he was supposedly to mail his half. A week later, I emailed him and let him know that I hadn't received it yet and had he receieved what I sent him. He let me know that he hadn't. The next week, he completed the trade agreement letting me know he got his package. A couple of days later, I emailed him again letting him know I hadn't got mine yet, and asking if there were any problems. I hadn't heard back from him. A week after that, I emailed him again letting him that if I didn't at least hear from him, I would be doint this BTR. It has been 3 wks since that and I have not heard from him or received anything. DON'T TRADE WITH THIS GUY! I gave him the benefit of doubt since 1 good rating to outweigh the bad 1. DONT' TRADE WITH HIM! Your trust is worth better than putting it in him. FEB 28 - I've im'd Nick at least 3 times in teh past 2 weeks (I've seen him online on AIM) and asked where my game was. He has not responded at all.

This guy has lied, he got his money back and I was banned from the site so I couldn't reply and then he has now abandoned his account so I'm stuck with this crappy rating!

i'm Jet_Set_Radio and i live in Canada, so does "Scruffy", Nick Buchner. We had an Agreed sale, i would buy Creed Weathered CD off of him for an American $8 dollars. after about 16 days (i get my trades from a guy in the States in 8 days, Nick Buchner is in Canada, should only take 5 days max!) he emailed me and told me he got the CD back and it was all ruined because of the postal service... i guess i could believe that, he asked me if i wanted the money back or another CD, i said another CD and asked if he had Rage Against the Machine Battle for L.A., Then i never recieved another email from him, he Deleted our Trade on UGTZ too... i've emailed him like 7 times so far once a day for a week... and he still has not responded... i figure he's not going to respond, so i figure a Bad Trade Report is in order... i highly recommend against trading with this guy or buying stuff off him.

as for you Nick, i'll gladly remove this if i get my money or CD.

UPDATE!!!

about an hour after i posted this BTR he emailed me and told me he sent my money back to me... well i waited on posting an update until now, about a week and a half after he said he would send me my money back... again, it's Canada to Canada sending after the holidays and no customs... if indeed he sent me my money back the slowest possible method would take no more then 6 days... it's been 9. i don't think i'm going to get my money back from Nick Buchner as he has AGAIN refused to respond to my many emails which i've sent (about 6 more emails and again he won't respond) so i will remind EVERYBODY doing business with Nick Buchner, DO NOT SEND HIM ANYTHING UNLESS IT IS REGISTERED MAIL!

This person is blaming me for somethign that got lost in the mail and he should of known to put insurance on it instead of blaming me for the lost.
