We created and pended the trade on the 14th of December, being the newer trader I agreed to send first in good faith and shipped the game out the very next day (15th). The 16th was the last time I ever heard from him or my game again. He acknowledged my sending, said he'd let me know when he got it, and that was it. I tried multiple times to contact him and he has NEVER EVER responded to a single message. On the January 12th I decided to contact the Dispute Resolution Council. 2 days later, exactly 1 month after I pended the trade with this guy I get an email from the DRC that he's been reported as a bad trader by another user. Obviously I'm not the only one he's messing with.

Dude, finish the trade or send my game back and I'll remove this BTR.

Update: (Jan 15th), I noticed today he has my game, (Gladius for Xbox) listed in his collection without stating a "Pending In" like others on his list are, and the game I traded for, (Super Smash Bros. Melee GCN), is still listed on his available list.

we made the deal on dec.9,i sent on dec.10.he recieved on dec.16th...he promised to send on doc.17th...never sent...i sent him a message on dec.27,dec.31,and jan. 10th asking him if he sent....no reply...all i want is my game back or the game he promised and ill take the btr back.
