(obviously if we both have stars then there is nothing to worry about because we are both good traders so sending at the same time would only ensure that the transaction is over quickly) If your from another country other than USA (Yes this includes canada and mexico) you must have a star to trade with me if you have a bad traders report then you send first I DONT CARE WHAT THE BAD REPORT IS FOR! your sending first!
