My rules If you have no star u send first if you have a star we send at the same time. (obviously if we both have stars then there is nothing to worry about because we are both good traders so sending at the same time would only ensure that the transaction is over quickly) If your from another country other than USA (Yes this includes canada and mexico) you must have a star to trade with me if you have a bad traders report then you send first I DONT CARE WHAT THE BAD REPORT IS FOR! your sending first! NO EXCEPTIONS If money is involved whoever is giving the money sends first My rules can be negotiated but most likely with little luck if you cant follow my rules dont bother trading with me WAIT 2 WEEKS MAX FOR YOUR GAME BEFORE BITING MY HEAD OFF MAIL SOMETIMES I MAY GET STALLED...IM NOT SAYING IT WILL TAKE ME 2 WEEKS I WILL MOSTLIKLY SEND IN LESS THEN A COUPLE DAYS BUT 2 WEEKS IS A PERCAUTION
