Offer accepted on the 4th of October, I sent Thursday the 6th with delivery confirmation, Post Office reported delivery that Saturday, the 8th. Never reported received until a week later. Waited a week before asking for new details, to which I received no response. Sent a message saying if I didnt hear anything by today, IE 3 weeks after I sent and package was delivered, and 2 weeks after he reported receiving, that I would file a BTR report. Seems to be a repeat offender after looking through deleted BTR's. Log attached.
