Also fill free to make an offer through the system. It doesn't hurt to ask. All I ask from you is be fair about the deal. * I am willing to buy or trade for anything on my wanted list. If you have other Original Nintendo games for sale let me know. My Rules Buying: * If you buy from me you have to send the money first. * If I buy from you I will send the money first. * I will not send money first if seller has a bad trade report stating he or she has ripped somebody off. *I will also not send money first if seller has feedback less than 3. If your a new user you must send first. Trading: I prefer to ship at the same time, but there are some exceptions. * If you have no trades at all I will ask you to send first. * If you have a bad trade report I will ask you to send first. * I am no longer sending first if there is a trade made. I have enough feedback on this site and ebay that proves that you will get your game. When a pending trade is agree: *When you decide to buy or trade from me and we reach an agreement with a pending trade I expect you to go through with the deal. *When you buy something from me I usually give people 2 weeks to pay or the game will no longer be on hold. Buying from me and backing out: If your going to delete a pending trade which your buying something from me I expect you to contact me with a good reason about why your backing out. If no money or found the game cheaper is the case then I suggest thinking it through before pending. Trading from me and backing out: This is not acceptable behavior. I have had this done to me 3 times already. If you agree to a trade and I already shipped out I expect you to send your side off. This is a trust of sending at the same time. *Note on trading: If you and I agree on a trade which both sides are being shipped at the same time I expect you to send your side off on the day you agreed to. Do not wait until you receive my side and then ship off. Unless there was certain discussions before the deal was made, this will not be acceptable. Poor feedback will be given on honesty and speed if this is done again. This was done to me 3 times also. (I understand there are shipping delays and I put that in consideration before I make a decision on feedback.) Payments: I accept Paypal, Money orders, cashier checks, personal check or cash. When I buy I like to pay via Paypal unless other discussions come up I will pay through a different method. Locations: I ONLY ship to United States and Canada locations. Cost of games are expensive for both sides if we ship international plus all the forms needed to be filled out. Shipping Items: When I trade games I always ship first class. When I sell games I always ship the games the buyer pays for. When I buy games I expect you to ship the games on the shipping option I paid for. Don't ship media mail when I paid for first class/priority mail. I wouldn't do that to you so I expect the same respect. For heavier items I suggest you go to the post office and get a flate rate Priority mail box. For $8.10 you can ship anything that fits. Say a Nintendo system cost $13 regular...Use the Flate rate and save $5. Its cheaper and fast that way. MEDIA MAIL- My post office checks my packages now if I say Media mail and they state video games are not media mail...So I will no longer be shipping this method. It takes 2 to 3 weeks anyway to get to your place. Condition of Items: I rate the conditions of my items the best that I can from what I see. Most of my games are in great shape. For me to down rate an item it will have to be in bad shape like torn label/no label, ink markings all over the game or have some kind of damage to it like a crack. If you are concerned about conditions of games please ask me to send you a picture before making an offer. Factory Sealed/Sealed games: I have had problems with people about what is factory sealed and what isn't. Basically people sell me used resealed games and claim there new. Therefore I am no longer paying top dollar for factory sealed games. If somebody wants to trade or sell me a sealed game I will deal only if your willing to sell it for a used complete game price. I do not have any sealed games for sale but if I did I will state if its resealed or factory sealed. Subscribtion Time: Do not email me or post a messege in a forum post of mine asking me to deal sub time. I don't feel its worth dealing sub time because I need it as much as you do. I pay for my own so it should be the same way with you. If your interested in a game of mine I am selling and trading for another game only. Multiple person deals/3-way deals: If your wondering if this is as difficult as professional sports teams do it then yes it is. What this is referred to is when more than two people are involved in a deal. I will only deal in a 3 way deal if game is sent first to me. Once I receive game then I will ship my part out. I have had 3 deals like this and it is confusing and frustrating for me to keep up. If I have to pay/you have to pay somebody else for a game please make sure the other party knows all the details.
