Nicholas first contacted me on October 28. He offered me his mint xenogears and 20$ for my Chrono Trigger. I told him that my CT was cart only and I would feel like I was ripping him off if thats all I gave him, so we agreed that I would throw in Final Fantasy Mystic Quest and he would not have to give the 20$. He later emailed me on Nov. 2, saying that he has sent his side, I sent out on Nov.4. The day after I sent out I e-mailed him asking him to confirm that he sent, and he said he sent out on the 4th as well. Because he e-mailed me on the second saying he had already sent out, I got a little suspicious, but I didn't think I should worry about it too much. I waited all of novemeber, then when December came I started e-mailing him, asking him if he has recieved. I probably e-mailed him once a week about, and I've still got no replies. All that I'm asking for is for Nicholas to send me his half of the deal, or to send back my stuff. It has been almost two months, I'm sure he has received my share by now. I have all the e-mails that he sent me saved for proof. Can you help me please?

I contacted Nicholas after scanning his list. I noticed that he had a loose cart of Terranigma. I contacted him to see if he would like to trade it for something off my list. After a few emails we came to a deal. I would send him Snes Zelda cart for his Terranigma loose cart. I asked him to send first seeing as i had more trades but after more pissing around we decided to send at the same time [I know, I know! Stupid]... After a couple of weeks i had no contact from the trader. I contacted him to ask if he had received the game. He replied no. I then asked where my game was. He said that he had sent it [My trade is almost exactly the same as the first BTR this guy got]. After more time wasted i emailed him to say that i thought he was not being honest with me. This was about a month later. I also said that i had friends in London who could pay him a visit to pickup my game. He said that he had sent it again. I emailed right back to say i would send them over if i did not get any action. A week later Well what do you know! I recieved a game in the post. The game was not the one i traded for. There was no note with it. The game i recieved was Aliens 3 cart that was covered in black felt pen markings. This guy is a crook. I think i will send my mates over to ask him where the game is. :) If you read this Nicholas, You had better send my game or i will contactr the london police force. I have copies of all our correspondence. I also have your address.

Nicholas e-mailed me one day asking if I would trade him a copy of Final Fantasy II in exchange for his Seiken Densetsu 3. I thought this was a bit strange, since I did not have FFII listed as an available game of mine. I told him I didn't have that game, and he said he would trade it for Bahamut Lagoon instead, which I did have. We agreed to send both games out during the days of October 28-29. Nicholas supposedly sent his game on the 28th, whereas I sent mine on Wed. the 29th. Several weeks passed, and neither Nicholas nor I received anything. Finally, I got his package in the mail, but it seemed smaller than the average size of a super famicom boxed game such as Seiken Densetsu 3. Much to my dismay, the game I found inside was a Nintendo 64 cart called Blast Corps. I gave Nicholas the benefit of the doubt and e-mailed him asking to explain himself and to please send $8 so I could send his Blast Corps. back. I've been sending him e-mails for the past week or so, but no reply (before I got Blast Corps. he would reply within a day). I haven't heard from him since November 15th. This person is obviously trying to screw me. Can you please help me?
