This guy ripped me off here, said oh yea i do the same time bit.
Boy was I wrong to trade with him. He said yea i will send you 12 bucks for this overblood 2 import game for playstation.
God people now even rip peoplf off for 12 dollars? That is pretty low!!!
He never sent it and wouldn't email me back.

he also was on ebay, and ripped people off there i was told.

He should be off ugtz by now, but if he is still on , or anyone see's his name on a new member thingy, dont trade with Him!!!

While his story sounds a little fishy, Jerry is really trying to fix the mess here. He actually sent me my game, Pokemon Red, and it was well-packaged. If you've had a problem with him, email him and he'll try to sort things out.

I can't beleive this guy turned out to be a bad trader. I'm sure he had like 10 or so references. We had sent each other like 50 e-mails between us setting up the deal. We finally worked it out for his CastleVania: SOTN (psx) for my WWF Warzone & Bloody Roar 2 (psx Cdrs). Damn! i'm still in shock here, i couldn't find his account in the UGTZ data base, and just decided to check the bad traders list, next thing there are like 7 or 8 other people reporting him at the sametime. i've sent him like 3 e-mails in the last week that he hasn't answered, before it seemed he was alway online, and answered them almost instantly. I sent my stuff monday May 4/99, he said that he was gonna send at the same time. This sucks i really like CastleVania too, now i got to go buy a copy. If this deal gets fixed i would more than willing to remove this compliant.

I guess you can say that I'm lucky. On April 20th, Jerry and I made a deal for him to buy my Cliffhanger Sega CD game, and 3 demo discs for the Playstation. We agreed that he would send first since I had more confirmed trades than him. He was supposed to send payment the next day. Well, I didn't get it. When I asked him about it, he said that he gave it to his mom so she could mail it. Then I waited about another week, and then we just assumed it got lost in the mail. So we agreed for him to send another check on May 11th and I still have recieved no payment. At least I still have my games, the rest of you guys really got scammed. I am going to remove our trade, I told him to confirm the trade after I got his check and when he got the games, but he confirmed it the same night we made the deal. It really surprised me to see all of the bad reports for him, because he didn't have any at the time we made the deal. Jerry, YOU SHOULD AT LEAST give everyone that you scammed what you owe them, along with a very good apology, and save your self from getting into alot of trouble. And if you EVER clean up your act and send me MY money, then I'll send you the games and remove this bad trade report.

Update from 5/9/99....it has been over 3 weeks now. I have not received 'Need for Speed V-Rally' from him, nor my game 'NCAA Gamebreaker 98' back that was "supposedly locking up." This guy had plenty of good references but I guess decided to turn stupid all at once. From the way he talks and his terrible spelling I think he his a teenager. After vicious e-mails back and forth, now he does not reply at all. I tried accessing his phone number through a New York operator, but of course it's unlisted. I called a Mail Boxes etc. (he said he used this service) to see if they could track it through their nationwide computer system, but of course his name or address appears nowhere. For a while. I thought maybe it was lost in the mail system because he had flawless references, but now that others are reporting him too, I am a little wiser. If you have any confirmed trades with him that went sour, you can now remove them with the new UGTZ which allows you to delete confirmed trades as well. I think with the new UGTZ setup where bad trade reports are listed on the user's page, these incidents will diminish somewhat. Jerry has alredy been marked as a bad trader, and deactivated. If I can help anyone else who has been stiffed by this guy, feel free to e-mail me.

We agreed to send our games at the same time. It's been over 2 weeks since he supposedly sent his game. Meanwhile, he received my game a week ago and has claimed that the game locks up. I never had a problem with the game but hey...stuff happens. He says he sent my game back to me, yet I have not received his game nor mine. I don't know if he's telling the truth or not, but I will take this report off if one or both of the games show up.
