MajorGimp says: We agreed on first class, he sent certified. Therefore, I was required to sign for something when I'm at work which obviously I can't do. Why do people agree to send one way and then go with something else is beyond me.
g_argoyle responds: I thought it was only fair since I was sending money to make sure he got his Money. He was not obligated to send certified. So if making sure somone gets paid , is being dishonest I guess I am.
