On 5-27-05, we agreed to trade my copy of "Darkened skye (PC)" for her copy of "Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon (PC)." The conditions of the trade were to mail at the same time using first class mail. I sent my items the same day. It is now June 20 (24 days later), and I still haven't received my end of the trade. In addition, Mary has not sent me any messages or emails regarding the trade at all. I sent her 4 trade messages & 1 email and still have not received any reply. I can only assume that she is trying to take advantage of me. I would like either my game back or the game she promised me. If she does not remedy this situation, I will file charges w/ the police, the USPS & the FBI. I have never reported anyone before & would like to keep it that way. Mary had over 50 excellent ratings & no other reports such as this. She has not logged on since 29-May-2005 at 2:32pm, so there could be a reasonable explanation; regardless, I just want this resolved.
